Wir wollen dich kennenlernen und dir falls du super bist einen Job anbieten - du kannst aber auch gerne mitmachen wenn du keinen Job suchst. Dazu sponsern wir einen 24h-Hackathon mit Essen, Drinks und einem grossen Preisgeld. Komm mit einem Laptop und deinen Skills, und wir bringen dich in einem Team deiner Wahl unter: iPhone, Android oder Web. Anschliessend erhalten die Teams ein UI Mockup und eine REST-basierte Back-End API gegen welche die App entwickelt werden soll (siehe Mockups unten). Das beste Team gewinnt das Preisgeld. The deal:
We want to meet you and offer you a job if you’re good - feel free to come even if you don’t want a job. To do this we’re sponsoring a 24-hour hackathon with free food, drinks, and a big cash prize. Come with a laptop and your skills, and you will be put in a team of your choice: iPhone, Android, or Web. You’ll be given a mockup of a UI and a REST-based back-end API against which to develop an app (sketch below). The best team wins the cash and bragging rights. On top of that, everybody gets to meet cool new people during the Hackathon and at the afterparty, and we all have a great time!

Betacular makes software for the sports-betting industry. We have a product idea on peer-to-peer betting that totally rocks and want to give it a go; i.e. we want to have this thing real bad so we can play with it ourselves. The mockups below should give you the flavor of what we’re going to develop. We just need to find the right people to join our team, and the hackathon is designed to do just that.
